Shipping & Returns Policy - Please Read Fully

We're excited for you to receive your order! Here's what to expect:

Order Processing

  • In-Stock: All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed.
  • Pre-Orders: Production time, shipping details, and estimated delivery will be listed on the product page. 
  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday (M-F) and exclude national holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $200
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping for orders under $200 is a flat $7.95, and shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGES:

  • If you would like to cancel your order, we can do within ONE HOUR of purchase. Please email us at threadedinpinkboutique@gmail.com to cancel. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation, regardless of the time requested.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible for corresponding with the shipping carrier for assistance. Once the item(s) have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced or the package is stolen from the recipient's home or place of delivery, it is the purchaser's responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier. 

ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS.

If you have questions about a product before placing your order, please email us at threadedinpinkboutique@gmail.com. We're happy to assist!

Specifically, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Graphic Apparel (custom heat-pressed garments)
  • Accessories (e.g. jewelry)
  • Hats (pressed with patches or DTF and screen prints)
  • Change of mind or incorrect sizing (please check the size chart before ordering)
  • Items with cosmetic imperfections, such as minor print or color variations

We will only consider a STORE CREDIT ONLY in the rare event that a piece from any of our Women’s Apparel Collections: Maison Isla Rose, Coastal Palm & Pearls, Earthy Neutrals, and The Rose Edit arrives damaged in a way that affects wearability.

To request a STORE CREDIT:

  • Email threadedinpinkboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
  • Ensure the item is unworn, washed, altered; and with all tags still attached

If your request for a STORE CREDIT is approved:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item(s).
  • We must receive the item(s) back within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please send approved return item(s) to our P.O. Box listed below. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, no marks of any kind, no pet hair, and with tags attached. 
  • Once we receive the item(s) back, you will then receive a STORE CREDIT via email that you can use towards any item ONLINE only. This store credit will expire one year from the date issued. 
  • Items sent back without prior approval will NOT BE ACCEPTED
  • SALE ITEMS: Only regularly priced items are eligible for a store credit.
